    FutureCare Pineview is located in the fast growing center of Prince George’s County, Maryland, bordering our nation’s capital of Washington DC is looking for an Assistant Administrator /AIT to join their team. 


    Seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead our team at a high volume sub acute rehabilitation and nursing center.   The ideal candidate will be an outstanding team builder with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong regulatory knowledge and a demonstrated track record of success.   As the leader of this 154 bed facility, which is located 10 minutes north of Annapolis, Maryland,  you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality care and outstanding customer service to our short term clientele and long term residents.   Candidates for this position should also have a strong record of program development and implementation and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with hospital executives and all levels of the organization.    Strong financial management skills are also required.

    • Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Nursing Home Administrator will be considered.
    • Must possess current Maryland Nursing Home Administrator’s License or meet the licensure requirements for the State of Maryland.
    •   Bachelors’ degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. 
    • Masters’ degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
