Dialysis Patient Transporter

• Should be comfortable working with elderly.
• Good Communication skills with the ability to be a team player
• Transporting patients and clients in a safe and professional manner
• Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer
• Effective communicate with Charge Nurse regarding schedule progress and to receive additional instructions
• Ensure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and at end of shift
• Ensure all Dialysis recliners are returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shift
• Assign to stock supplies daily, and help with inventory
• Assign to assist with lab labeling
• And any others as assigned by Management.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse
• Bring the patients to dialysis with communication book and make sure MOLST form is in the communication book.
