***$10,000 Sign-On Bonus***

 

***Salary Range $123,432.89-$185,149.33 Full Time Annual***

Responsibilities

  • Ensure there are systems in place to facilitate the effective and efficient day to day operation of the Department of Nursing
  • Responsible for utilizing the performance improvement process to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Nursing Department
  • Monitor clinical data to ensure the facility is meeting the clinical needs of each resident and the clinical goals of the facility
  • Initiate appropriate and timely problem identification and problem solving in response to changes in clinical data
  • Routinely monitors census, resident acuity and staffing levels to ensure effective and efficient staffing patterns are in place
  • In the absence of the Administrator is responsible for oversight of the facility operations
  • Ensure there are systems in place to facilitate timely and effective clinical decision making regarding admission of new residents to the facility
  • Participate in the monitoring of patient referrals and actual admissions identifying potential barriers to admissions and recommends solutions to accommodate additional types of patients

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Current Maryland RN licensure
  • Progressive management experience in a skilled nursing facility highly recommended
