***Competitive Pay $25.34-38.01/hr***

 

 

Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives  (if applicable) are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple facility functions
  • Hires, trains and evaluates Environmental Services staff
  • Schedules housekeeping/laundry requirements
  • Assists in developing budgets
  • Monitors attendance and lateness
  • Participates in daily department head meetings, orientations, and education workshops/programs

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional education in business or technical areas
  • 2 plus years experience in Environmental Services 
  • Property management or project management experience 
  • Ability to forecast and schedule complex tasks
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
