Overview

FutureCare Health and Management Corporation is seeking a top notched Health Care Recruiter who is highly experienced in sourcing for nursing and therapy talent. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience and knowledge in identifying, attracting and closing qualified nursing and therapy candidates.

Salary Range $65,000-$70,000

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable), are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Support nursing and therapy recruitment needs for all FutureCare locations
  • Source for nursing and therapy candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Develop leads to source passive candidates through networking, online platforms, and other recruitment tools.
  • Complete candidate vetting process by establishing professional license validity through online verification platforms
  • Review candidate resumes and conduct thorough phone screens to assess initial fit and ensure the candidate meets qualifications for the role
  • Partner with the Marketing team to help build FutureCare’s brand image and the candidate experience through various social media platforms, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify top talent
  • Create and edit job postings and job descriptions
  • Publicize job openings by posting them in appropriate outlets and work toward developing a pool of qualified candidates
  • Identify and anticipate hiring needs and make recommendations for implementation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about FutureCare, the position, recruiting strategy, performance objectives and expectations
  • Attend and participate in all off-site and facility job fairs/career fair events as scheduled
  • Explore and establish additional partnerships with local colleges, universities and community organizations to attract and hire talent for all FutureCare locations
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Schedule candidates for interviews at the selected FutureCare facility
  • Assist with all onboarding initiatives for new employees
  • Generate recruiting related reports and performance data analysis for recruiting meetings
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Effectively envision develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex recruitment issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience preferably in a health care environment
  • Must be persistent and have strong candidate closing skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a collaborative and creative team player
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships with Human Resource Directors, Nurse Managers and Executives
  • Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong conflict management and interpersonal are required
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ICIMS and Paylocity) preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing methods and social media platforms
  • Must be self-directed and motivated with a strong ability to work independently
  • Must be able to multi-task and show flexibility to take on additional responsibility
