FutureCare at Good Samaritan is looking for an expereinced Human Resource to join their team
This position is also responsible to foster and promote positive employee relations throughout the facility through the implementation of human resource policies. The position reports directly to the Administrator although the Corporate Director of Human Resources may also work indirectly with this individual.
Qualifications for this position include a minimum of two years experience in payroll and human resources. College degree preferred but not required. Must be detailed oriented, able to appropriately prioritize multiple tasks, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees and meet deadlines while working in a demanding, fast paced environment. Familiarity with Personal Computers and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with time clock and payroll systems such as ADP and Kronos is preferred.
