At FutureCare our Occupational Therapists are a part of the interdiscplinary team who provide support and information to our residents in need of rehabilitation therapy. Under the direction of the Rehab Director the Occupational Therapist uses sound judgement and provide adequate care in the performance of therapeutic procedures while using assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of the resident's life.

As a member of the Clinical Care plan team and the Nutrition Services Department, the Clinical Dietitian will primarily interact with Nursing, other clinical services, and the Management team.Performs and coordinates the overall nutritional aspects of patient care in accordance with Advanced Dialysis Center Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, OSHA, HCFA, AAMI, federal, state and local regulations.
